Founder of Faciallash Lounge, Tatiana graduated Bonita Spring Cosmetology school in 2016, started growing her clientele by, renting a small office space, offering eyelash extensions and skin care services. By 2020 clientele had grown so much Tatiana was turning down new clients. Having a full client list, fine tuned skills and the motivation to spread beauty she sparked the idea of pursuing this growth. Taking a chance on her passion while business momentum was good she leased a location, hired like minded professionalls and Faciallash Lounge was born.
Tatiana is passionate about beauty and wellness, helping clients feel comfortable in their skin. Striving for consistency by educating lash technicians and estheticians with her proven techniques is her key to success. Tatiana is consistently updating her skills, offering updated services to the salon menu. Her goal is to help each person feel good about themselves, both inside and out.
Jayna Baggs

Born in New Lenox Illinois, Jayna has always had a passion for health, wellness and beauty. Client care and quality customer service come natural to her after 11 years of working in dental field. Pursuing her passion for skin care, Jayna obtained her esthetics license in 2022, from Gulf Coast Academy in Fort Myers, Florida. HydraFacial, Dermaplanning facials, and body waxing are her favorite services to provide. When Jayna is not at her salon, she can be found at the gym, or at home cooking a new recipe.
Maria Silva
Licensed Eyelash Technician
Certified licensed Esthetician and Eyelash Technician
Born in Colombia, Maria has always had passion for beauty industry. She graduated Florida academy in 2019 for skin care program and received certification as Lash Artist. Lashes have always been her biggest interest because she believe a lot can be expressed through people eyes. There is nothing better for her than make women feel confident, comfortable and pretty to show their feelings through their sight.
Sade Brinez
Licensed esthetician and certified eyelash technician
Sadé is a licensed esthetician specializing in eyelash extensions with a passion for enhancing the beauty of eyes. She graduated from The Salon Professional Academy and has experience as a lash specialist since early 2021. For the last few years Sadé has practiced and studied eyelash knowledge and is constantly keeping up with the latest trends in the lash world. She loves when her clients feel relaxed enough to fall asleep while getting their lashes done and wake up feeling beautiful and confident when they look in the mirror.
Amber Shields
Licensed Esthetician and Certified Lash Artist
Graduated in 2010 from the Bonita Springs School of Massage and Beauty she went on to become an instructor. With specialty certifications in a variety of advanced skin care treatments, as well as an Oncology Certification, Amber is passionate about helping and educating others to achieve their beauty and skin health goals.
She completed her Lash Extension Certification in 2012 and enjoys working with clients to customize their lashes and create a look that promotes self confidence and a positive self image.
