Cancellations policy
I know your time is valuable and your appointment is very important, it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee at 30% of total services scheduled. ONE no show or late cancellation, your next appointment will require that you quarantee your reservation by providing 30% deposit with a valid credit card.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice rescheduling can be difficult, accomadations for clients with regimented services miss the opportunity to for timely service appointments.
Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, I’ll call or text to confirm your service appointments one business day prior to your appointment date. Leave a return message or text with any scheduling issues. Please understand that it is your responsibility to keep your appointment dates and times and to avoid late arrivals. Missed appointments will require a cancellation fee and late arrivals will be subject to an extended service fees.
