Powder Brows are a type of permanent make-up, where through the process of inserting pigment into the upper layers of skin with a cosmetic rotary machine, it creates the desired fullness and design of the eyebrows. The purpose of shading is to add shape to your eyebrows and a soft shadow underneath the hairs or strokes that gives depth and dimension to the brows and add fullness to any unattractive sparse patches.
