At Faciallash Lounge, we value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. Every appointment is reserved especially for you, and we kindly ask that you review our booking and cancellation policies.
A $10 to $20 deposit is required for all first-time clients when booking an appointment. This deposit goes directly toward the total cost of your service.
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your appointment time to another client.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are subject to a $30 fee.
